Ellen Novick

Ellen has 25 years of experience in the actuarial profession, with extensive expertise in actuarial valuation software, modeling, and benefits administration. She has provided guidance to numerous funds on plan design and funding outlooks.

Before joining RAE Consulting in 2024, Ellen was a mathematics teacher at a local high school. Prior to 2020, she worked as a pension actuary for a local firm, specializing in multiemployer pension and health programs. Before 2000, Ellen was a consultant at a national consulting firm, managing actuarial valuations and advising corporations on their defined benefit and retiree health plans.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science from Penn State University. She resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with her husband and four children.
