Our Medicaid Services

RAE Consulting provides a full suite of services relating to the preparation, submission and approval of financial eligibility applications for Medicaid Long Term Care / Nursing Home Services.

Information Collection and Organization

We meet with the applicant to introduce him to the process, help applicant collect all required information, and then organize the information.

If everything is in order, we fill out and submit the application.

If applicant needs to take certain steps to become eligible, such as setting up trusts or estates, we refer him to counsel.

Coordination with County Assistance Office

Upon submission of application, we coordinate with the case worker at the County Assistance Office to expedite the approval process.

We work to quickly resolve and clarify issues that may arise.

Communication with
All Parties

Our staff communicate clearly and regularly with all parties (applicant, applicant's family, applicant's counsel, nursing home, case worker at County Assistance Office) to make sure everyone is on the same page
with all matters.
